We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
- Part Time Sales Associate
- Seasonal Part Time (July-November)
We meet thousands of people from all over the globe, and often receive new shipments of product daily. It can be demanding and chaotic at times, but we strive to cultivate a fun and inspiring work environment surrounded by amazing products and good people, with a strong focus on customer service. If you've always wanted to join our team, or just want a front row seat for what Salem is like (particularly during the upcoming Spooky Season), this could be your chance!
We offer a competitive hourly wage ($18-$21 per hour, dependent on experience), and some great perks and benefits: 25% employee discounts, seasonal bonus, paid vacation and sick time, paid holidays off, health insurance options, and more!
Our ideal candidate would have flexible availability (weekends included) as well as prior retail and Salem experience.

Responsibilities:
- Working in a fast-paced, customer service-focused retail environment
- Interacting one-on-one with customers, providing a high level of service
- Extensive product knowledge
- Maintaining a full and clean store
- Processing daily product shipments
- Representing the brand through dress code, courtesy, and customer service (we mention it a lot because it's our #1 priority)
Requirements:
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a boutique setting (Salem experience is a plus)
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for contributing to the growth and success of the brand
- Weekend availability
