Payment
We accept Square Payments and PayPal. Square Payments are integrated with our store and able to accept all major credit cards. Orders will not ship until payment has cleared.
Ordering
Please make sure your order is complete and correct before submitting. If you submit your order and need to change an item in that order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel the original transaction so that any corrections can be made. We are a busy shop, and strive to get orders out in a timely fashion, and can not be responsible if you don't reach out in a timely manner.
Shipping

USPS, UPS, and FedEx have all been experiencing record traffic and as a result, record delays. Our small staff is doing its best to keep up with online orders and a very busy storefront. We are currently shipping out orders only once a week and can not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Our processing times *before* shipping are approx. 5-10 business days. All orders will ship via the United States Postal Service.
You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. All domestic orders over 13 oz will ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders under 13 oz ship First Class Mail and will have a longer transit time.
The customer is responsible for providing us with correct shipping details. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer must pay the difference to have the order reshipped. No refunds will be given for shipping costs.
During other high volume times, (pre-Halloween and Christmas) we will do our best to ship within our normal turnaround times, but orders may take up to 7 business days to process before shipping.
International orders can take up to 4-5 weeks from shipping date.

Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.
If there is any damage to your order during shipping, you must contact us within 7 business days to report the damage.

Lost, stolen, or damaged items
Once an item is shipped we are just as much at the mercy of the USPS as you are. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office. They should be able to give you updates with a tracking number.
Emporium 32 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages- please opt for insurance if this is something you are concerned about.
We are also not responsible for errors made by USPS. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" it is out of our control and there is nothing that we can do but wait. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS.
If insured, a domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before a claim can be filed.
